Advantages of Laboratory Test Crucible
1. Laboratory Test Crucible is also an alumina ceramic crucible made of high-purity alumina, with an alumina content greater than 99%.
2. Laboratory Test Crucible for Chemical Corrosion Resistance.
3. Laboratory Test Crucible is resistant to high temperatures, with normal use at 1600 ℃ and short-term use at 1800 ℃.
4. Laboratory Test Crucible, resistant to sudden cold and heat, not prone to cracking.
5. Laboratory Test Crucible adopts slip casting molding with high density.
Applications of Laboratory Test Crucible
1. Sample heating and melting: Laboratory Test Crucible is used to heat substances to high temperatures, promoting melting, decomposition, or evaporation.
2. Chemical reactions: Laboratory Test Crucible provides a controllable environment for chemical reactions, allowing researchers to study the transformation of substances under various conditions.
3. Ashing: Laboratory Test Crucible is used to incinerate organic materials, leaving inorganic residues for further analysis.
4. Fusion and flux: Laboratory Test Crucible facilitates the fusion of samples and fluxes, which is crucial in analytical techniques such as X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS).
5. Weight analysis: Laboratory Test Crucible serves as a container for precipitation and filtration of substances, and can accurately determine the concentration of analytes through mass measurement.
6. Maintenance and handling: Proper care and handling are crucial for maximizing the lifespan and effectiveness of Laboratory Test Crucible.
How to use Laboratory Test Crucible correctly
1. In our forging and experimental processes, Laboratory Test Crucible are commonly used equipment. In order to ensure the normal use of the product, it is necessary to master the correct usage method. Below is a brief introduction.
2. When there is a solid to be heated with high heat, use a crucible. When using Laboratory Test Crucible, the crucible cover is usually placed diagonally on the crucible to prevent heated objects from jumping out and allow air to freely enter and exit for possible oxidation reactions. The crucible, due to its small bottom, usually needs to be placed on a mud triangle to be heated directly by fire. The crucible can be placed directly or diagonally on an iron tripod, and can be placed on its own according to experimental needs.
3. After heating, do not immediately place the Laboratory Test Crucible on a cold metal tabletop to prevent it from cracking due to rapid cooling. It should not be placed immediately on wooden tabletops to prevent scalding or fire. The correct approach is to leave it on an iron tripod for natural cooling, or place it on an asbestos mesh to allow it to cool slowly. Please use crucible pliers for the retrieval of the crucible.
