Precautions for use
1. Put an end to collisions. Alumina protection tube is made of nonmetallic ceramic material. The collision will break the alumina protection tube.
2. Correct installation. The 1850mm thermocouple is relatively long and cannot be installed horizontally. During installation, it should be fixed properly and the vibration on the industrial site will cause damage.
3. Leave enough space for expansion. Attention should be paid to prevent corundum casing from cracking due to extrusion during thermal expansion.
4. Avoid sharp changes in temperature. When thermocouples are inserted into the furnace at high temperature, the alumina protective tube must have sufficient preheating time. The thermocouple must be pulled out of the furnace slowly, otherwise the alumina protection tube will burst due to the rapid temperature change. Remember not to pull it out and put it directly on the ground.
